PROVIDER TRANSPARENCY

Provider Verification Standards

The information we may review and the verification callers should complete before care.

Information we may review

  • State licensing information and relevant accreditation represented by the provider.
  • Program locations, levels of care, general clinical scope, and contact information.
  • Whether the provider reports experience working with TRICARE beneficiaries.
  • Current statements about insurance participation and benefits-verification support.
  • Clinical leadership or credential information made available by the provider.

Verification is time-sensitive

Licenses, accreditation, network status, contracts, staffing, services, and bed availability can change. A prior verification does not guarantee current status. Provider information should be rechecked before relying on it.

What callers should verify

  • The provider’s current license and the location where services would be delivered.
  • Whether the provider is TRICARE-authorized and in network for the applicable plan, if network status matters.
  • Whether referral or prior authorization is required.
  • Which services may be covered and what member costs may apply.
  • Whether a licensed clinician considers the program appropriate and whether admission is available.

Limits of our review

TriCareRehabs.com does not conduct government inspections, accredit providers, make clinical determinations, or guarantee provider quality. Inclusion or referral discussion is not an endorsement or guarantee of coverage, cost, admission, placement, or outcomes.

Report outdated information

Providers and readers may report a material change or possible inaccuracy through the Contact page.
