PROVIDER STANDARDS
Our Selection Criteria
How potential treatment providers may be evaluated for inclusion or referral discussion.
Important commercial disclosure
TriCareRehabs.com may have referral or commercial relationships with treatment providers and may receive compensation when a caller chooses a participating provider. Compensation does not change what a caller pays the helpline. Inclusion is not an endorsement, clinical recommendation, or guarantee.
Factors we may review
- Current state licensing and any applicable accreditation represented by the provider.
- Whether the provider states that it can work with the relevant TRICARE plan or beneficiary group.
- Available levels of care, clinical scope, admission criteria, and geographic availability.
- Whether the provider supplies sufficiently current and transparent contact, program, and credential information.
- Information about clinical leadership, safety practices, and evidence-informed services when available.
Verification has limits
Licensing, accreditation, network participation, program availability, and personnel can change. A provider must confirm current program and admission information. TRICARE must confirm benefits and requirements for the member and requested service.
No ranking or guaranteed fit
Featured or discussed providers are not necessarily the only available providers or the best choice for a particular person. TriCareRehabs.com does not guarantee quality, clinical fit, insurance coverage, costs, authorization, admission, placement, or outcomes.
Independent options remain available
Callers are not required to use a referred provider. They may use official TRICARE tools, contact TRICARE directly, seek a second opinion, or choose another qualified provider.
See Provider Verification Standards for the verification framework and its limitations.
